Request deletion of your account and data

How accounts are created

Attendify does not let users create an account in the app. University staff create student and doctor accounts in the manager portal. Sign-in uses a university-issued user code and password.

How to request deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, email the university with the details below. We will review the request and process it according to university academic and IT policy.

1. Send an email from an address we can use to contact you.
2. Include your full name, user code (student or doctor code), and the words “account deletion request”.
3. We will confirm when the account and associated app data have been deleted, or explain if some academic records must be kept under university policy.

What is deleted

A completed request typically covers the login account, device binding, and attendance records stored by Attendify. Uninstalling the app only removes it from your phone; server records are removed only after this request is processed.
